DELIVERY & PICKUP
Delivery Areas
Garden of Eva is happy to deliver to any location within the greater northern Lake County, southern Kenosha County, and McHenry County areas, including but not limited to Lake Villa, Lindenhurst, Antioch, Round Lake, Grayslake, Gurnee, Fox Lake, Spring Grove, McHenry, Mundelein, Libertyville, Wadsworth, Trevor, Bristol, Pleasant Prairie, and Kenosha.
Need a delivery outside of these areas? Give us a call, send us an email, or submit a contact request HERE. If we can't deliver, we are happy to offer up recommendations of other florists that may cater to your desired location.
Delivery Schedule
Specific delivery times are never guaranteed, but will be made on the date of your choosing, within the following timeframes:

Wednesdays, between 2pm - 4pm
Thursdays, between 12pm - 4pm
Fridays, between 12pm - 4pm
Saturdays, between 11am - 1pm
Pickup Details
Garden of Eva is owned and operated by Andrea Persman, of Larkspur & Leo Artisan Floral Design. We are located at 200 N. Milwaukee Ave., in Lake Villa, IL. Orders scheduled for pickup may be anytime within our regular store hours, which includes:
Wednesdays, 10am - 4pm
Thursdays, 10am - 4pm
Fridays, 10am - 4pm
Saturdays, 9am - 1pm
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup. But, if you need it ready at a specific time, or simply want to check in, please don't hesitate to contact us. Happy to help however we can!
Unanticipated Circumstances
If there is an unforeseen delay, or inability to fulfill your order within the scheduled timeframe, you will be notified immediately. Should any delay or unsuccessful pickup/delivery be caused by factors of our own doing (i.e. logistical errors, staffing issues, vehicle trouble, etc.), we will make every effort to work with you on a mutually-satisfactory resolution - which may include, but not be limited to, a rescheduled pickup/delivery, credit to your account, or a full refund. Please keep in mind that Garden of Eva is owned and operated by one human, with a small staff of individuals that are also human... mistakes happen!
Should any delay or unsuccessful pickup/delivery be caused by inclement weather, catastrophic or natural disasters, environmental hazard, or any other *crazy* situation, you will be notified immediately to discuss a mutually satisfactory resolution. When personal safety is a concern, Garden of Eva reserves the right to make logistical changes to any and all scheduled pickups and deliveries.
Lastly, for any delay or unsuccessful pickup/delivery that occurs due to factors entirely outside of our control, refunds, replacements, or rescheduled pickups/deliveries may not be a possibility. Said factors may include, but are not limited to, order cancellation within 24 hours of pickup/delivery, recipient's refusal to accept the delivery, incorrect delivery / address information, attempt to pickup outside of store hours. If we do our part, we expect that you'll do yours!
